
L'UCPA utilise ma méthodologie Didask pour la formation de ses formateurs.
L'UCPA forme chaque année 3500 jeunes au BAFA, pour les préparer aux fonctions d'animateurs centres de loisirs et colonies de vacances, en s'appuyant sur un pôle de 250 formateurs·trices réparti·e·s sur la France entière. Depuis plusieurs mois, l'organisme a choisi Didask pour former ses formateurs et harmoniser leurs pratiques.

Note
Generic soft skills training (management, time management, leadership) is most affected. Without grounding in concrete job-specific situations, it generates little measurable impact and a high risk of disengagement.
