UCPA uses the Didask methodology to train its trainers.

UCPA trains 3,500 young people every year for the BAFA qualification, preparing them for roles as activity leaders in leisure centres and holiday camps, drawing on a pool of 250 trainers spread across France. For several months now, the organisation has chosen Didask to train its trainers and harmonise their practices.

Generic soft skills training (management, time management, leadership) is most affected. Without grounding in concrete job-specific situations, it generates little measurable impact and a high risk of disengagement.
