Objectives of the training
At Didask, communication and mutual support are fundamental. Everyone, regardless of their position, is invited to contribute their ideas or sentiments, and to share their point of view on any project. We practice recognizing the value of other people's work, and we encourage continuous sharing of feedback, formulated in constructive ways.
Prerequisites
We have chosen an operation system based on distribution of responsibilities between all employees, which we call distributed ownership. Juniors and seniors alike, everyone takes charge of project management. They listen to coworkers and, with the trust of the team, make the decisions they find most appropriate.
Written culture
Our professional exchanges take place via our keyboards and are accessible to the whole team. Everyone is thus free to consult or participate in these conversations. This includes everything from executive committee reports to daily project discussions. This allows us to reduce meetings so that everyone can organize their working time as they like, without interruptions! Transparency in writing also pushes us to improve the ways which we communicate and give feedback.
Focus on impact
We share a common objective: to contribute concretely to the development of Didask. To do this, we ensure that each employee develops their skills in order to have maximum impact, regardless of their role. We encourage agility, valuing reactivity, resilience in the face of difficulties, and ability to adapt to changes.

Organization of the training
The dates and times are to be defined with you according to the availability of the learners while respecting the pace necessary for optimal pedagogical progress.
A preliminary interview with the trainer makes it possible to set the dates of the virtual classes and to carry out a positioning questionnaire.
The training is for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 5 people.
Tarif
The price of the training is 2900 €HT for a group of 5 people maximum.
Registration procedures and deadlines for accessing the training
Once the service is contracted, a launch meeting takes place between the client and the Customer Success Manager.
Then a 20-minute preliminary interview takes place between the trainer and the learners, to define the training dates.
Following this, the training agreement will be signed by both parties: an invitation will be sent by email at least one week before the start of the training.
In case of subrogation of payment, an agreement from the funder must be reached by Didask before the start of the training.
Location of the training
The training will take place, remotely, on the Didask platform for e-learning training: a support email is sent to the learner to invite him to create his account and to define his password. In case of difficulty, email support is available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm.
The virtual classroom sessions with the trainer will take place via Google Meet: invitations will be sent to the learner at the start of the training. In case of difficulty, the learner can contact the trainer directly by email.
Technical resources and tools made available
Educational resources
Before the virtual classroom sessions, learners have access to the e-learning training path, describing the basics of using the Didask platform.
These modules are available on the Didask platform, accessible via a simple Internet browser.
No installation is required, but an Internet connection is required. The learner received his invitation by email. In case of difficulty, email support is available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm.
Tools used
The training takes place:
Educational resources and methods
The training takes place entirely remotely, asynchronously and synchronously. It takes place in the form of a succession of 4 thematic cycles that alternate:
The virtual classroom allows the learner to share any difficulties and questions and to benefit from adapted advice on the use of the platform according to his specific professional context and his training objectives.
The learner has access to technical support via assistance (assistance@didask.com) and to educational support via the trainer (the trainer's email and telephone number are communicated to him at the start of the training).
A fifth virtual classroom session allows students to deepen the points that are most useful to learners and to answer all their questions.
Means of evaluating the achievements implemented
A positioning questionnaire is proposed at the beginning of the training. An evaluation quiz is offered at the end of the training.
In addition, the acquisition of skills is validated by the trainer via a control of learners' productions carried out during virtual classes.
Means of supervision of training
The training will be provided by our trainers who are specialists in the Didask platform.
They are also educational engineers and regularly use the Didask platform to create e-learning training modules.
Throughout the course, Didask assistance is available for each learner, whether on technical questions or educational questions.
Accessibility for people with disabilities
The law of September 5, 2018 for the “freedom to choose one's professional future” aims to facilitate access to employment for people with disabilities.
Our organization tries to give everyone the same opportunities to access or maintain employment: we can adapt some of our training methods.
Do not hesitate to contact our disability referent Marion KIRAT marion.kirat@didask.com so that we can study your needs together and offer you the most suitable solution.
