The Didask guide to sustainable learning

We think a lot about how Learn to learn. There is no consensus on how we should learn today, and there is reason to get lost in all learning theories. This number makes us forget the purpose of our learning: to allow everyone to learn effectively and develop new skills.
Faced with this observation, we therefore wanted to go back to the basics: we asked ourselves what makes the human brain learn. To do this, we have explored decades of research in cognitive science, numerous studies and publications, to extract these pillars of sustainable learning that is presented to you today in this white paper.

Whether you are a trainer, teacher, or simply curious, we show you everything your brain needs to a successful apprenticeship, and how to apply these principles in your job as well as in everyday life.

We wish you a great read!
